Sub-processors
To run our service we rely on a small set of third-party providers. Each acts as a processor under contract and may use data only to provide its service to us. This page lists who they are, what they do, and the safeguard that covers any transfer of data.
Last updated: [effective date]
| Sub-processor | Purpose | Location | Transfer safeguard |
|---|---|---|---|
| [Form backend provider] | Receives and delivers website form submissions to us | [location] | [adequacy / SCCs] |
| [Hosting / CDN provider] | Serves the website and stores server logs | [location] | [adequacy / SCCs] |
| [Email provider] | Sends and receives our business email | [location] | [adequacy / SCCs] |
| [Other, as applicable] | [purpose] | [location] | [adequacy / SCCs] |
Template — replace the bracketed rows with the actual providers in use, their locations and transfer safeguards.
Changes
We keep this list current. Where an engagement’s data processing addendum applies, we give notice of any intended addition or replacement of a sub-processor so a client can object before it takes effect.
